Regression in changed_when false positive detection for async tasks.

Hello, I think there's been a regression of this issue. I'm seeing this same problem in the latest version of ansible-lint. Was this dropped?

Hello @Red-GV ! We need full information filled out in the issue "bug report" template, most importantly environment and version information and a detailed reproducer with log output. Please fill that out in a new issue following the template, and we can dig in further as needed.
