Add instructions around removing "Secured by Clerk" badge

What does this solve?

This PR is in response to user feedback about the ability to remove the "Secured by Clerk" badge on Clerk components. This update adds a callout on how to remove this badge from Clerk components and clarifies its availability on pro plans only.

What changed?

• Added a note callout on the Components Overview page to explain how to remove the "Secured by Clerk" badge. After looking at different pages, I decided on this page being the best place to have the callout, but happy to hear additional thoughts. Other alternative might be to make this callout a partial and include it on each component's page. Other option could be to have it somewhere in the Account Portal docs.

yes ! if you take a look at the commit diff, that's what I've done
