No Danger-Swift warnings printed on pulls in `danger/swift`

When Danger tries to comment on a Pull Request for this repo, it fails due to lack of permissions.

It may be fixed by Workflow Permission in settings.
https://github.com/danger/swift/settings/actions (We can't see this url because we don't have permission.)
