Adding the lightweight @just-every MCP servers for web reading and screenshot

Description

Motivation and Context

Adds very fast and token efficient versions of web crawling and screenshots for LLMs and claude code.

How Has This Been Tested?

Yes, extensive tests run. Used to work on real world claude code projects.
