Description

This adds the new Inflectra Spira MCP server to the list in the Readme.MD file. This is an official MCP Server, built and maintained by Inflectra.

Motivation and Context

We have customers looking to connect to Spira using their MCP Client

How Has This Been Tested?

We have tested it using Claude 3.7 Sonnet running in VS Code with the CLINE extension
