Motivation and Context

Baidu Map MCP server provides tools for AI agents to interact with Baidu Maps APIs, enabling location-based services and geospatial data analysis.

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested integration with servers from most popular MCP clients including Claude for Desktop, Cursor, Cherry Studio and Cline.

Breaking Changes

Baidu Map MCP Server will remain compatible with lower version MCP clients (popular enough) in any upgrade. Of course, users can also choose to access our officially provided non-local MCP server to avoid complex version adaptation and client configuration.
