Could Svelte Tooltip support 'portalled' in the same way Popover does?

Could Svelte Tooltip support 'portalled' in the same way Popover does? I just noticed its missing from the api reference https://www.skeleton.dev/docs/integrations/popover/svelte/#tooltip

Hi @jimvella, as you may be aware, the foundation of Skeleton v3's components are now provided by Zag.js. As such, core features like this come directly from Zag. So two things would be needed here:

1. You would need to create a feature request on Zag's issue tracker. It would be up to them if this feature moves forward.
2. If they do enable it, then a new version of the component may be released. Then point Skeleton can update to utilize this.

And of course you could put in a new feature request here once Zag supports this feature for Tooltips.

Given there's nothing actionable on our side (yet) I'll go ahead and close this issue. But feel free to respond if you have follow up questions. I'll see them and respond.
