Grant access to the following files "Run" button does not work

Describe the bug

When asked to grant access to files, pressing "Run" does not work yet pressing Cancel does.

To reproduce

In agent mode
completed planning in o1
started implementing plan
agent needs access to files
requests access, 2 options, Cancel or Run
Pressing Run does not work

Expected behavior

Pressing Run should execute the command.
