Describe the bug

I have Warp installed on Windows.
It is running bash on WSL.
I have configured open file with Cursor natively installed on Windows.
When I click "Open File" at a file sourced at WSL. E.g. ~/repo/1/that.file
Cursor will display error message:

Path does not exist

The path
'\WSL$\Ubuntu\home\<username>\repo\1\that.file` does not exist on this computer.

Same for Visual Studio Code

To reproduce

  1. Install Warp v0.2025.05.21.08.11.stable_01 on Windows
  2. Open Warp
  3. New tab - Ubuntu
  4. ls list files
  5. Ctrl + Click a file

Expected behavior

Open file successfully
