Zen abruptly switches to unloaded tab If It has unsaved changes

Loosely related to #4179

Instead of tabs with unsaved changes being unloaded anyways and breaking when you try to open them, Zen will attempt to unload them as normal, abruptly switching to said tab to show the confirmation prompt. Tabs with unsaved changes should just not be qualified for unloading If possible.
