Toolbar's New Tab button stops working when removed and re-added

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
• I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.

What happened?

What I expect to happen: I can freely add and remove the button to the toolbar without It ceasing to function

I found that:

• It does not happen from only moving the button
• It does not happen If the button Is added after the browser Is launched without It there
• It does happen If you launch the browser with the button there, remove It, and then re add It
• The button works again after relaunching the browser

here's another video where I couldn't reproduce It until I specifically added It to the bottom-most area of the toolbar. sorry If this Is confusing. the Issue Is really finnicky

Yup, that looks like a bug.

Something similar happens when moving/placing the collapse sidebar button.

At least there's a workaround and you won't encounter it after you're done tweaking the layout to your liking.
