Double-clicking pinned tab to rename isn't working for me

What happened?

Double-clicking a pinned tab doesn't allow me to rename it. See video.

Expected behavior

Double-clicking pinned tab allows me to rename it

Actual behavior

Double-clicking pinned tab doesn't do anything other than cause the tab to "throb" on each click

Steps to reproduce

1. Pin a tab
2. Double-click it

Ok I'm glad you saw this, I had this issue a day ago and then it started working on its own. Did you try restarting the browser?
