Sidebar doesn't hide in compact mode after moving multiple tabs

What happened?

After moving two tabs from the top of the list to the bottom of the list at once, the sidebar stopped hiding entirely.

Expected behavior

The sidebar should hide.

Actual behavior

The sidebar doesn't hide.

Steps to reproduce

1. Turn on Compact Mode
2. Open three tabs.
3. Move the first two tabs from the top of the list down to the bottom of the list
