open many tabs automaticly at the starting up

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
• I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.

What happened?

When I open the browser, it gets stuck for a few minutes and then opens with so many new tabs opened I never made

Expected behavior

open without any tabs or the prevuise tabs

Actual behavior

open with many new tabs
