What happened?

New tab opens in pinned tab list if other split tabs are present in pinned tabs list.

Expected behavior

New tab opens in normal tabs list.

Actual behavior

New tab opens in pinned tab list if other split tabs are present in pinned tabs list.

Steps to reproduce

add some split tabs to the pinned tabs list.
open new tab.
