Split view is glitching

What happened?

When dragging the tab to split the view, it becomes buggy, as shown in the video.

Expected behavior

It should not glitch.

Actual behavior

It is glitching.

Steps to reproduce

Just open settings page and random page, and try to split them.

Seen in release (1.13.2) as well. Not only with a settings page, even.
Dragging any tab to split and then back to the tab bar starts the rapid glitch.

Noticed the same behaviour here.
Functionally ok tho.
