Use a webpack plug-in for computing the SHA-265 hash of your script

From Step 2: Compute the SHA-256 hash of your script and append it to your source maps, Azure Artifacts Symbol Server needs a hash to index source maps. Instead of defining the webpack 5 plug-in themselves, which is the current process we provide, developers should be able to use a webpack plug-in just like any of ones documented here in their webpack.config.js file.
