[Problem/Bug]: WebView2 just shows full web page in part of the window if change the system resolution when webview2 app starting

What happened?

If current monitor scale is greater than 100%, mine is 200%, and change the system resolution when webview2 app starting, then the webview will just show the full web page in part of the window see the following.

Repro steps

1. Change current monitor scale to 200%
   
2. Run the demo as administrator WebView2Issue.zip
3. demo app will auto change the monitor's resolution, you should be able to see the screenshot i uploaded

this issue also happens if disposes webview2 and then change system resolution and scale then instantiate webview2 after that you can see the webview shows a part of the window, please help to fix this.
