Add a date to issues

These can end up being consumed async after they get linked up elsewhere; we should throw a date on there.

The issues have post dates, so I’m assuming you’re not talking about that... what date? Where should I be putting it?

I'm sometimes good about closing them soon after the newsletter comes out, this week, not so much...
