"circular structure" error message with v1.0.9

The following error is reported in Github Actions workflow using this action SINCE the v1.0.9 release:

Converting circular structure to JSON
--> starting at object with constructor 'ClientRequest'
| property 'res' -> object with constructor 'IncomingMessage'
--- property 'req' closes the circle

Note that this does not appear to actually cause the message sending to fail, notifications do show up in Teams.
