Neovim AppImages

Github Actions builds a static Neovim AppImage with my config baked in:

$ curl -LO https://f001.backblazeb2.com/file/gio-neovim-appimages/nvim.AppImage
$ chmod +x nvim.AppImage
$ ./nvim.AppImage
