Support darwin-arm64

Getting the following when trying to install the extension with
$ gh extension install github/gh-ado2gh
gh-ado2gh unsupported for darwin-arm64. Install Rosetta with softwareupdate --install-rosetta to use the available darwin-amd64 binary, or open an issue: gh issue create -R github/gh-ado2gh -t'Support darwin-arm64'

$ curl -sL https://github.com/github/gh-gei/releases/download/v1.15.1/ado2gh.1.15.1.osx-x64.tar.gz | tar zx
$ lipo -archs ado2gh
x86_64
