Telemetry data is not coming in our backend after configuring auto instrumentation for App Pool

We have setup auto instrumentation for ASP.Net app hosted on IIS. The app is built on 4.7 .Net framework. We have setup the instrumentation for one application pool as per the setup mentioned on https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-dotnet-instrumentation/blob/main/docs/iis-instrumentation.md. We are using otel v1.9.0 . But still we are not getting traces in our backend. Backend is connected to our .NET app. We have checked connectivity is there. We need proper guidance to get our apps instrumented. Kindly help. Thanks a lot in advance.

Could you please at least provide as logs? The best option - minimal reproducible example.
