Discuss attributes specific to source code and relationship to the current code conventions

# Overview

Discuss a path of direction for differentetiating between source code being executed (within the pipeline), and source code being deployed per [this comment thread](https://github.com/open-telemetry/semantic-conventions/pull/1075#discussion_r1621193531). 

> Note: The upcoming embed attributes capability in weaver could help with this.
