Move metric definitions to YAML - Hardware Metrics

Move the metric definitions text from hardware-metrics.md to a respective hardware-metrics.yaml and re-generate the markdown tables.

@trisch-me you finished moving things from markdown to YAML files, right? I assume both this one and #407 can be closed?

yep, there are still more things to move on :) my first PR took months to be merged :-D
