Update list functions tests to use new test framework

I have a question regarding the testing process. Since we need to test the list-functions functionality, do we need to provision Azure resources as we did in the previous framework, or is there an alternative approach available in the current setup?

Additionally, the tests from the older version are failing, and I would appreciate guidance on how to test the scenarios that require Azure resources.

Would you be able to propose a design to effectively resolve this issue?
