Checklist:

1. Add all project repos to Progress report Project in github
2. Create a weekly report as a github issue in your own repo Assign Dr.K as assignee
3. Add weekly report label to this issue
4. Add issue to the Progress report Project

Weekly Report Template:

• naming pattern: week start date-week end date_name
• Content should include references to issues that were close and new issues that are made for the coming week.
• Issues attached to this report should have very clear titles to describe what is happening
  • On top of this, included in the issue should be a clear idea of what you are trying to solve the problem of the issue.

Milestone Template:

• Can have multiple per cycle, BUT NOT PER ISSUE
• Equivalent to multiple weeks of work
• Every issue connected to this should be related to one day or a couple of days
  • If it lasts longer, close the issue and break it into smaller issues
  • Add those issues to the milestone again

General Notes:

• Repositories are different than projects
  • Each of us will have their own repos and add them to the central project
• Issues cannot have multiple milestones and the weekly report shouldn’t have them
