GenZ-ICP: SOTA robust LiDAR odometry (IEEE RA-L 2025)

This repo is the C# version of the NeuWillow project. There is also a C++ version of this project called neuwillowpp. The two projects are intended to do exactly the same thing. The reason I have chosen to split these by language is (1) availability of 3rd party extensions, (2) speed of development time, and (3) measurement of performance.
