What changes were proposed in this pull request?

Just update the verson 4.1.0-SNAPSHOT to 4.1.0

Why are the changes needed?

Does this PR introduce any user-facing change?

CI often gets stuck during the Generate javadoc process. I'm not sure if this is a problem with the code or if it's caused by the instability of CI.

Terminate the current CI process and run it again.
Wait for the result of https://ci.hive.apache.org/blue/organizations/jenkins/hive-precommit/detail/PR-5898/7/pipeline
