Contribute standalone executable for openwhisk

The standalone executable are super useful to make a simple, docker based launch not even using k3s

We need a build that will compile and release as assets under openserverless with binaries for mac, windows and linux

@sciabarracom OpenWhisk currently requires JDK 11 based setup for properly building it. So I tried to use a GRAALVM JDK11 setup for native image builds. Unfortunately there is no native image support for macOS running Apple Silicon. This is available only from GRAALVM JDK 17 and newer version. But OpenWhisk does not compile with JDK17, at the current status.

GRAALVM JDK11 it is only available for linux amd65/arm64, darwin amd64 and windows amd64. Not really sure it is worth to spend time this, having the possibility to execute the standalone from a simple docker container.
