Description
This PR adds Entry Type descriptions that are overridable at the section/field level.
On the Entry Types index page, the description is shown as an info icon.
The info icon also shows when viewing the entry types disclosure menu:
And once it has been selected. If the description was overwritten, the pencil icon indicates so:
