Can not read the command on Chat Window.

The command content cannot be read in the proposal view.
The workaround is to select the text in the black area.

I would like to change the background color of the proposed command view.

@sonsongithub thank you for reaching out. The command background is adapted to Xcode theme, but the font color is using the system theme. we will fix it soon.
