Code Review

This pull request updates the vulnerability management team contact list by adding a new member, Huzaifa Sidhpurwala. The change is clear and directly reflects the intent described in the pull request.

A review comment has been provided suggesting an improvement to the list's organization: sorting the contacts alphabetically by last name. This is recommended to enhance readability and maintainability, particularly as the list may grow in the future. This suggestion is based on general best practices for documentation clarity and ease of use.

To improve long-term maintainability and scannability of this contact list, especially as it may grow, consider maintaining it in alphabetical order by last name. This makes it easier for users to find a specific contact and establishes a clear convention for future additions.

If sorted by last name, the list (including the new addition) would look like this:

- Russell Bryant - rbryant@redhat.com
- Simon Mo - simon.mo@hey.com
- Huzaifa Sidhpurwala - huzaifas@redhat.com

This change would involve reordering the existing entries along with placing the new entry in the correct sorted position.

👋 Hi! Thank you for contributing to the vLLM project.

💬 Join our developer Slack at https://slack.vllm.ai to discuss your PR in #pr-reviews, coordinate on features in #feat- channels, or join special interest groups in #sig- channels.

Just a reminder: PRs would not trigger full CI run by default. Instead, it would only run fastcheck CI which starts running only a small and essential subset of CI tests to quickly catch errors. You can run other CI tests on top of those by going to your fastcheck build on Buildkite UI (linked in the PR checks section) and unblock them. If you do not have permission to unblock, ping simon-mo or khluu to add you in our Buildkite org.

Once the PR is approved and ready to go, your PR reviewer(s) can run CI to test the changes comprehensively before merging.

To run CI, PR reviewers can either: Add ready label to the PR or enable auto-merge.
