It is not currently possible to run the VO bot with Version 15 of MacOS. This is due to GH actions not supporting running images on version 15 of MacOS.

The issue has been reported to GitHub here: actions/runner-images#11257.

To summarize, after running the latest GA macos15 images through a series of simple smoke tests that test Voiceover automation via Applescript, we've determined that the new arm-based runner images (the standard macOS15 image and the paid macOS15 x-large image) are still currently unable to provide support for running our test plans (which require Applescript+VO integration).
