Look for existing coverage in WPT and determine need (if any) for updates or improvements.

If there is no existing coverage, determine feasibility/suitability of adding to WPT and file an issue to track the creation of the new test(s).

Some of the problem here is going to be that specs are a bit… open-ended about partitioning. It might be reasonable to have them as optional tests?

Especially at the networking level, it might not be particularly practical to add them to WPT with substantial work?
