$blob.ICloudBlob.FetchAttributes()
$blob.ICloudBlob.Properties.ContentMD5 

#To calculate the MD5 value for the content of a blob, you would first need to download the blob and explicitly calculate the value of MD5.
#There are multiple open-source websites too which can be handy in calculating the value of MD5
Get-AzStorageBlobContent -Context $ctx -Container "container-name" -Blob "samp1.txt" -Destination "local-machine-path"

#Once MD5 value is calculated you can add the property/value for the uploaded blob
