Add filter/search feature for commit change type

Description

Hi there👋!

Sometimes there are so many commit change types to select from, so it would be great to add an option to enable search/filter when selecting them.

For example, there are many commit change types in the Select, and I want to type dep-, and the filter out the dep-drop, dip-bump, dep-rm and deb-add choices.

Possible Solution

This feature has been implemented in questionary.
