Global Shortcut - Problem

For me, NOI only has 1 bug, every time I open it, I need to reset the global shortcut, it could be for the same command, to get it working again, is there any way to solve it? thank you

Got a similar issue here. After I understood that there is a keyboard mapping issue (likely using the US one, instead of the French one) I could manage it
