Keyboard Shortcuts stopped working with v0.4.0

Since updating to 0.4.0 keyboard shortcuts no longer do anything.
And when I try to change the shortcut combo, the setting does not persist after restart.

I am using Windows 10.

Please try resetting the shortcut keys in the settings.

Resetting isn't persisted. It doesn't work after restarting, will need to set again.
