[BUG] dcc.Dropdown width rendering incorrect with Dash 3 rc4

Describe the bug

dcc.Dropdown renders squashed with Dash 3, whereas it renders at full-width with Dash 2.x

Expected behavior

The dcc.Dropdown should render the same way between Dash 2.x and Dash 3.x, if there have been no code changes in the app.
