Resize the Pillow logo in the top bar from 1280x640 to the displayed 120x60, and 224K to 6.3K, and specify both width and height in HTML for faster loading.
Show the main logo at full size (height 250 not 248) and specify width (248) for faster rendering.
Remove unused images.
Compress other images using optipng.
I didn't resize the Tidelift logo 1494x220 to displayed 600x88 because it actually increased the file size. I didn't spend much time trying to optimise it beyond optipng, it's only ~4K. But I did add the image height and alt text.
