To build (from the repo root):
$ podman build -f test-services/Dockerfile -t restatedev/rust-test-services . To run (download the sdk-test-suite first):
$ java -jar restate-sdk-test-suite.jar run localhost/restatedev/rust-test-services:latesttest-services
