Here is a program for Transportation Problum.

Usage of arguments should be precise like:
2nd argument must be NWC/LCC/VAM
3rd argument must be filename

Usage of code:
python TransportationProblum.py NWC Dataset.csv
python TransportationProblum.py LCC Dataset.csv
python TransportationProblum.py VAM Dataset.csv

And if you want Output of Occupied Matrix then use -V in last like:

python TransportationProblum.py NWC Dataset.csv -V
python TransportationProblum.py LCC Dataset.csv -V
python TransportationProblum.py VAM Dataset.csv -V

It will generate a Output.csv file that will contain Occupied Matrix.

Dataset.csv fileformat is shown in Dataset directory

Here NWC represents Northwest Corner Cell
Here LCC represents Least Cost Cell
Here VAM represents Vogel's Approximation Method

TransportationProblum.py file takes Dataset.csv file and output the corresponding Occupied Matrix and Total Cost.
