TR1/2 OG bugs which is also present in TR3

I decided to put together this list as an alternative to the TR3 label used in the issues section.

• Fix M16 damage TR2X#45 (This gun is called MP5 in TR3)
• OG bug: killing enemies with grenades count as 2 kills #1560 (This bug also happens when using the rocket launcher)
• OG bug: xian statue disappear after 4 grenade hits #1561 (Shiva statues in Temple Ruins during NG+ runs)
• OG bug: Lara reloads every shot for the harpoon gun in NG+ #1575
• OG bug: Lara's shadow briefly disappear after pulling block #1576
• OG bug: walk-run-jump can break #1587
• OG bug: New save in an empty slot doesn't display the count #1591
• OG bug: Flares above 255 cannot be saved #1592
• OG bug: Lara takes out a new flare instead of dropping an existing one #1593
• OG bug: Lara says "No" when selecting guns or usable items in front of a keyhole #1601
• OG bug: Lara cannot step back down 1 click with her right foot #1602
• OG bug: Lara says "No" if the player saves or loads in front of a key/puzzle hole #1603
• OG bug: in-game music plays in the inventory when adjusting the music volume #1707
