dockerwrapper fixes needed to support both ai + others

Currently, the latest version of the docker template system (dockerwrapper) is incompatible with redisai, due to the way we build variants. The next change to redisai, from readies needs to include validation of building:

• Some module on a version branch (bloom 2.2)
• Some module on a version tag (bloom 2.2.8)
• Some module on master
• AI on a version branch (1.2)
• AI on a version tag (1.2.8)
• AI on master
