Is there any example of "Filtered Selection"?

I have done it like this

  LocalSearchPhaseConfig localSearchPhaseConfig = new LocalSearchPhaseConfig();
        ListChangeMoveSelectorConfig moveSelectorConfig = new ListChangeMoveSelectorConfig();
        moveSelectorConfig.setFilterClass(EntitySelectionFilter.class);
        localSearchPhaseConfig.setMoveSelectorConfig(moveSelectorConfig);

        solverConfig
                .withPhases(heuristicPhaseConfig, localSearchPhaseConfig)
                .withEnvironmentMode(EnvironmentMode.REPRODUCIBLE)

I want do it in ConstructionPhase, but with

   ConstructionHeuristicPhaseConfig heuristicPhaseConfig = new ConstructionHeuristicPhaseConfig();

        QueuedEntityPlacerConfig queuedEntityPlacerConfig = new QueuedEntityPlacerConfig();

        ListChangeMoveSelectorConfig moveSelectorConfigs = new ListChangeMoveSelectorConfig();
        moveSelectorConfigs.setFilterClass(EntitySelectionFilter.class);

        queuedEntityPlacerConfig.setMoveSelectorConfigList(Collections.singletonList(moveSelectorConfigs));

        heuristicPhaseConfig.setEntityPlacerConfig(queuedEntityPlacerConfig);

it leaves uninitialized entities after ConstructionPhase

Does the entity selection filter reject all moves for a given entity? If it does, then that entity will be unassigned.
Similarly, if the entity selection filter reject all moves for a given value, that value will be unassigned.
