The TMC5271 is a miniaturized smart high-performance
single axis stepper motor controller and driver IC with
serial communication interfaces (SPI, UART) and extensive
diagnostic capabilities.

A short pulse on SLEEPN with a duration > 35us (typical) results
in a chip reset.

Low power quiescent mode requires a series of register read and writes along with
a monitorization of an interrupt that comes on the DIAG0 pin when the chip
is ready.
