Added Infinity react boilerplate(a simple lightweight boilerplate forked from reactboilerplate.com but no extra stuff).
Stuff removed- Tests, old dependencies, Intl, Coveralls.
Features added- Improved Generator, Redux toolkit integration, webpack dashboard for better stats, webpack shower for a better start, HardSourceWebpack for a fast startup of webpack, SCSS integration, pretty-error for better errors in CLI, used error listing library from create-react-app for better debugging.
Most important- self-updating dependency after checks are passed, so no older dependency while no incompatible one is added.
