TuningStep doesn't Pass best Hyper-paramters as part of the "output" #128

It only has "BestTrainingJobName". As a result, user have to use LambdaStep to grab the hyper-parameter of the "BestTrainingJob".

Why not include it in the output of TuningStep to pass for the next step?
