[MERGE #531] Removes jenkins redirect stub scripts

Merge pull request #531 from ianwjhalliday:rmjenkinsstubs
Follow up to previous commit that move jenkins scripts to the jenkins
subdirectory.  netci.groovy change is compiled and these redirects are
no longer necessary.
